we are very hgappy with the system. we owned the prior system for 10 years and find this nre version to be reliable, easy to use and priced right.
Great system for a small office, staff enjoys the flexibility of personal handsets that can move around but the overall system has the benefits you would find in a large more expensive system. Handset must be used with base system. Handset is easy to use and to set up.
I have the Panasonic 4500B and so far it's a very nice product. I recomend this product for small businesses needing no more than four lines. Auto attendant works good and the hands free satellites offer great flexability. Nice product.

And Amazon saved me over $ 225.oo from so caled phone discounters we use all 8 remotes they take a licking and keep working
Last week, line 4 started doing the same thing line 1 did right before it went completely out. I am in the process of trying to get a replacement. Line 1 stopped working about 3 weeks ago, so I moved line 1 to line 2. Since I have three incoming lines, I have no more lines to substitute. This is my business phone and I need to have something done immediately.
